Admit a Patient to St. Dominic's

You may admit a patient under the care of one of our Hospitalists by calling (601)362-4890.  To insure a smooth transition for your patient, please have the following information available:

• Patient Name
• Patient Date of Birth
• Patient Social Security Number
• Patient's Address and Phone Number
• Patient's Insurance Information
