St. Dominic Behavioral Health Associates is dedicated to helping reduce the impact that personal and emotional problems have on a family's livelihood and relationships. Services offered at Behavioral Health Associates are:
- Psychiatric Evaluations
- Medication Management

Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) -- a safe, effective treatment for depression when all other treatments have failed or there are medical contraindications to psycotropic medications. St. Dominic Behavioral Health Services now offers both inpatient and outpatient services for your patient that requires ECT.
- Counseling Services -- Individual, marital and family counseling is provided. The staff uses a "solution focused" approach to therapy that encourages individuals to take an active role in resolving their problems. Groups offered include Depression and Women and Heart Disease with Depression.
- Comprehensive Evaluations for Children -- Intellectual, academic, behavioral and emotional issues at home and school are addressed starting at age five. The staff works with the family and the school in determining the appropriate level of care in each setting.
- Neuro-psychological Testing -- Illness or injury sometimes affects a person's ability to return to work or school. We can provide testing to evaluate cognitive functioning in both children and adults, and suggest remedial interventions to help in the treatment process.
- Employee Assistance Program -- Behavioral Health Associates develops and manages Employee Assistance Programs for businesses throughout Central Mississippi. An EAP is a benefit provided by an employer to help employees resolve job-related, personal and family problems. Other services provided under the EAP agreement include training for supervisors and managers, educational inservices for employees, psychological testing, and crisis intervention.
