Meeting & Hotel Accommodations
The conference takes place at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans. A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $299/night, single/double occupancy. You can reserve your room by calling 1.800.826.8987 and use the group code VWLVWLA (Deluxe King Accommodations) or VWLVWLB (Deluxe Double Accommodations).
A smaller block of rooms has been reserved at The Courtyard Marriott at the rate of $199/night. You may call 877.703.7072 and reference the St. Dominic Hospital Overflow Block at the Courtyard New Orleans French Quarter/Iberville. You may also make your reservation online by clicking HERE.
The cut-off date for reservations is 1/2/19 at both hotels. Reservations received after the cutoff date will be honored on a space and rate availability basis.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must give the hotels a 72 hour (3 day) notice.
If accommodations are not available at the Ritz-Carlton or the Courtyard Marriott, accommodations can be made at the following hotels. The lowest rates are at the New Orleans Marriott ($259) and the Sheraton ($279) while the rest are in a range between $350 – $390.

St. Dominic Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
